The Statistics Page or Dashboard helps you track key performance metrics of your storefront—from the number of views and orders to the effectiveness of individual sections and buttons. It enables you to analyze guest behavior, identify growth opportunities, find weaknesses, and make informed decisions to boost sales and improve the user experience.
To access settings, log in to your Hotbot.ai account or go directly to my.hotbot.ai.

Go to the Statistics tab in the left menu, or open the home page — dashboard is displayed there as well.
In the upper right corner, select the reporting period. Dates can be entered manually or selected from the calendar.
To download a statistical report, select the desired period in the calendar and click the XLSX button. An Excel file will automatically download to your device.
